Seedy chocolate sesame sticks

If you're looking for a healthy, gut happy, nut-free, gluten-free, no-bake sweet treat, you've come to the right place! These seedy chocolate sesame sticks are the perfect indulgent yet healthy dessert to treat yourself.

You’ll Need:
200g Dark chocolate (we used 2 blocks 70% Lindt)*
1/3 cup tahini
1/2 cup roasted sesame seeds
1/2 roasted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup roasted pumpkin seeds
Topping:
1/4 cup roasted sesame and sunflower seeds
*you could use 50g (1/2 block) sea salt caramel chocolate for a flavour sensation

Method:
1. Melt chocolate and stir in tahini
2. Add roasted seeds
3. Spread on tray and freeze for 1-hour or refrigerate overnight
4. Once it is set, cut into sticks and enjoy!
5. Store in fridge or keep in freezer to make it last longer!
