The first appointment is not only our opportunity to get to know you but to help determine the goals you are working towards and start to set the wheels in motion towards achieving those goals.
We pride ourselves on our ability to actively listen to your story and look at the big picture of everything that is going on for you, to help determine other lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your gut issues.
We allow 45-minutes to 1-hour to ensure we can help you in the best way possible.
We will also determine how many visits we think it could take to assist you in achieving your goals at the initial appointment.
Keeping a food diary is not essential but is a good idea to assist with the recall of what you generally eat. Writing down what you eat and drink for 3 weekdays and 1 weekend day is usually sufficient to give us a snapshot of your usual diet.
